The village of Cumières is situated 5 kilometers from Epernay, in the heart of Champagne on the right bank of the Marne. A south facing exposed region with rich soil and microclimate contributes to the class which is Premier Cru, the terroir of Cumières.
George and Nicole since 1971 and Vincent since 1996 have decided to work in biological viticulture and grow wine natuarally and traditionally.
Biological viticulture respects our way of life, preserves the aromas and flavours of the original terroir and permits us to create a great wines from Champagne.
All techniques and products susceptible to harming the environment and public health or which would alter the quality of our wines are excluded.
